Worx1 SEBC 2025 Giveaway - Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend the SEBC 2025 event held at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL, on July 24-25, 2025. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Worx1, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
Eligible individuals may enter the giveaway by registering at the Worx1 booth during official event hours. Limit one (1) entry per person. One (1) bonus entry is granted to participants who successfully complete the ‘Hole 3 Challenge’ by sinking three consecutive putts. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the official event period to be eligible.
3. Prize Description and Limitations
One (1) winner will receive a travel package to Medellín, Colombia, which includes:
Round-trip coach airfare from a major U.S. airport to José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) in Rionegro, Colombia
Four (4) nights of hotel accommodation at Wellcomm Hotel Medellín in a standard double-occupancy room
Private ground transportation from José María Córdova International Airport to the hotel upon arrival, and from the hotel back to the airport upon departure
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200 USD. Actual value may vary depending on airfare and hotel rates at the time of booking.
Prize conditions:
Travel must be completed within 12 months of winner notification.
Travel dates are subject to mutual agreement and availability.
Blackout dates, including major holidays, may apply.
Winner is responsible for any and all expenses not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to meals, additional ground transportation, travel documents (passport, visa), taxes, gratuities, and personal expenses.
Travel insurance is not included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.
If winner is unable or unwilling to travel, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted via RANDOM.ORG (https://www.random.org/) after the event concludes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact details provided at registration.
The winner must respond within five (5) business days of initial contact to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification.
5. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Worx1 to use their name, likeness, voice, photograph, video, and biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation or prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Worx1, which shall be final in all matters relating to the giveaway.
Worx1 reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, violating these terms, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Worx1 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
7. Release of Liability
By participating in this giveaway, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Worx1, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising from or related to participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss incurred during the winner’s trip.
Worx1 does not provide travel insurance, health coverage, or any other form of insurance for the prize trip. The winner assumes full and sole responsibility for obtaining their own travel and health insurance coverage, if desired.
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that travel, especially international travel, may involve risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, political or social unrest, and exposure to different health or safety conditions. Worx1 shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, delays, cancellations, theft, illness, acts of God, or other unforeseen events that occur during the trip to and from, or while staying in, Colombia.
All aspects of the trip, including behavior during travel, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Worx1 is not responsible for ensuring the winner’s compliance with local laws, customs regulations, or travel restrictions, nor will Worx1 be liable for any consequences resulting from such matters.
8. Disputes and Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Saint Johns County, Florida. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in these rules or to participate in any class action.
